Ports Corporation of Queensland

Connell Hatch

BBI (DBCT) Management Pty Ltd e has appointed Connell Hatch as the EPCM Contractor for the DBCT 7X Expansion.  Connell Hatch is a joint venture between Connell Wagner and Hatch Associates.  Connell Wagner is one of Australia's foremost consulting engineers, and has been involved with DBCT since the original terminal construction, and every expansion since then.  Hatch is a global project management specialist, who bring a vast experience of major project development and specialist resources. Queensland Competition Authority

Being a regulated asset under the Queensland Competition Authority (QCA) Act 1997 (Qld), DBCT 's expansion is controlled by the QCA in so far as ensuring the interest of Access Holders (User Group) are appropriately deserved.  An Access Undertaking, which is a contractual commitment between BBI (DBCT) Management Pty Ltd and the QCA, spells out all the conditions that apply to the Expansion. Queensland Rail
