Modifications and enhancements are proposed to all major terminal elements of inloading, stockyard and outloading.

The additional infrastructure to be installed comprises the following:

• a complete new third inloading system including rail loop, and dump station
• expansion of the Stockyard with 3 additional machinery bunds, 2 new stockpile rows and 4 additional stacking/reclaiming machines
• a complete third outloading string feeding the 3 existing berths
• an optional fourth berth; and
• additional controls to reduce the impact of noise and dust emissions
