Presently a major expansion is underway that will potentially increase the capacity of the terminal by 50% over 3-4 years. This is also the 7th expansion stage since the terminal was first commissioned in 1982.

The aim of this site is to provide interested residents, visitors, contractors and stakeholders with an appreciation of what the current expansion involves, and allow you to keep abreast of its progress, any issues that may affect the community, and provide details that may be relevant to your particular interest or involvement in the project.
